Pharmaceutical Tablet Feeder Spring

Awesome Image Awesome Image Awesome Image

Large, spring-loaded doors and the absence of corner pillars or columns allow easy access for cleaning and routine maintenance. The Pharmaceutical Tablet Feeder Spring is compact, simple to operate, produces high quality tablets and has gained a reputation for both economy and a rapid return on investment throughout the global pharmaceutical industry. Not a copy, not a reproduction.

the tablet can make pressure contact with the fixing blade due to the repulsive force of the spring, so that the tablet can be smoothly divided without destroying the tablet.

Compression Spring

COMPRESSION SPRINGS are open-coil helical springs wound or constructed to oppose compression along the axis of wind. Helical Compression Springs are the most common metal spring configuration. Generally, these coil springs are either placed over a rod or fitted inside a hole. When you put a load on a compression coil spring, making it shorter, it pushes back against the load and tries to get back to its original length. Compression springs offer resistance to linear compressing forces (push), and are in fact one of the most efficient energy storage devices available.

Applications: Compression Metal Springs are found in a wide variety of applications ranging from automotive engines and large stamping presses to major appliances and lawn mowers to medical devices, cell phones, electronics and sensitive instrumentation devices. Cone shape metal springs are generally used in applications requiring low solid height and increased resistance to surging.

Retaining Ring

Retaining Rings, which are available in several types and various sizes, are used to fasten assemblies on shafts or inside housings and bores. The ring installs into a groove, thereby creating a shoulder that will retain the assembly. They function with a minimal amount of surface prep to either the shaft or the housing.

These are only a few of the applications in which Retaining Rings are used, often being more efficient and cost-effective than traditional fasteners such as cotter pins, bolts, nuts, washers, screws and more.

Zig Zag Spring

Zig Zag Spring are made from two-dimensional S-shaped wires and are also known as "No-Sag springs,"Sinuous springs, "S coils," "Zigzag (zig zag) wire" or "zigzag (zig zag) springs". They are commonly used in ottomans, chairs (seat and back) and sofas (seat and back) and take the place of coil springs. Zig Zag springs install quickly and easily and don't require a time-consuming hand-tie job. They are fastened with clips and no-sag nails, and they run every few inches apart from front-to-back or top-to-bottom on seats, backs, ottoman, etc.

Individually sized pieces of springs can easily be cut with bolt cutters; edges can easily be bent in a vice.

Tension Spring

Tension springs are tightly wound coils that are designed to operate with tension. The spring stretches to a specific length as the load/force is applied to it. In an unloaded position, the loops of the spring are touching, with either a loop or hook attached at one end, and it is when this attachment is directed with force that the spring stretches. When these components are pulled apart, usually from either side, the spring tries to hold itself together, causing the springing action, until the force is stopped and it can return to its original form.

The initial tension applied to the tension springs can be controlled using the cold coiled process, in which the wire is formed into a spring shape using a computer controlled coiling machine, whilst unheated. Cold coiling gives the tension springs added flexibility which can be more easily achieved than the hot coiling production process.

Wire Production

For the production of wire several different types of machines are required. First of all there is a difference between the drawing of iron / steel wires and copper or aluminium wires due to the required forces. While copper / aluminium wire is reduced 10 times or more in one machine, drawing machines for ferrous wire have only very seldom more than 10 drawing steps. Also the drawing capstans are a lot bigger in ferrous machines as well as the motors driving the machine. Non-ferrous wire drawing machines are also often equipped with inline annealers to heat up the wire after the drawing process in order to make it soft again. There are a lot of other machines required for the wire drawing process, these include:
